Updating Your Profile

Under Account Settings you can change your:

• First Name and Last Name
• Salutation
• Language Preferences
• Time Zone
• a short Description of yourself
• Birthplace
• Birthdate
• Job title

Please keep in mind that the entries in the field Salutation will be displayed in addition to your name.

To update your profile data you need to:

1. Click on your avatar picture
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Fill out the fields

Under My Profile in the menu, which is displayed when you click on your profile picture, you can first check how your profile currently looks like.

Please update your personal data before the release of the Certificate of Participation and/or the Certificates.

Please check the linked pages of our support portal to see what information will be displayed on your Certificate of Participation and/or your Certificate of Accomplishment and Certificate Supplement.

Please consult us if, after you have updated your profile, your Certificate of Participation or Certificates still displays wrong data.
